HappyEasyGo — refund demanded

I had booked 2 tickets with happyeasygo in march 2019. The trip ids are :[protected],[protected]. The flights were cancelled. However, happyeasygo still hasn't given me a refund for the flight tickets even after a year. Happyeasygo owes me rs.7028 + 18% interest pa. Needless to say, this has caused me a lot o[censored]nnecessary havoc of last minute bookings and the pain of contacting their useless associates.

I have contacted the customer service but all in vain. I have also contacted many of the associates at happyeasygo but have got useless replies. This company is run by goons. This company should be reported for fraudulent executions and their # board should be caught and put behind bars for stealing from the customers and causing mental harassment over a year.
