HappyEasyGo — Refund due for hotel cancellation since 2 months

I had received the following email after cancellation, and have followed up via email and call multiple times still there has been no response.. nobody is picking up their customer care numbers also.

Please report this fraudulent company. It owes me Rs. 21, 840/-
