I had booked a round trip from Bangalore to Mumbai on 27th Nov 2018 worth Rs.5076. But, the ticket got cancelled due to some reasons though the money was deducted. So the customer service people told me that i will get my total refund within 10-15 working days.Now its been a month and i have'nt yet received even a single penny. They also suggested me to go to the bank and cross check with them. The bank has also not received the money. The customer care is highly highly irresponsible about the whole thing. I really need this issue to be taken seriously.
