HappyEasyGo — refund for cancelled flight

There was a flight which i cancelled way in advance and according to the terms and conditions i am eligible for a refund after a small deduction and airlines fees.
They said i will get my refund in 15 days but i didnt.
I followed up with them they said i will have to wait for more 72 hours.
I waited.
The refund is still not processed and i want my money.
