I have booked tickets from bangalore to port blair recently on the happyeasy go website. They told me the airline has changed the prices and it didn't get through. They told they initiated the full refund of 18000 /- i didn't get the refund for the tickets. They told they have initiated the refund but it's been 2 weeks and still i didn't get it. 1. Show all payment documents and e-ticket, if you demand exact amount of money,
or
2. Forget about money and continue in the style "the housewife told me over the phone"
Nobody has a duty to reply on indeffinite compalint and on anonymos complaint.
If the author does not know the rules, he or she can hire the professional in order to get the compensation via the court.
