HappyEasyGo — Refund for hotel reservation

Plz refund my amount for deducted money for hotel booking for date 7th November to 8th November which was not confirmed.

I have written enough email regarding same and not received any reply from your side. I was informed on call that money will be refunded within 7 days.
Now no response on email or customer service.
