I had booked my air ticket through HappEasyGo for a Spicejet flight from Kolkata to Bagdogra travel date 10th Sep 2021. Spicejet postponed the flight to 11th Sep for their internal operational reasons. I had to cancel my ticket and book on another flight on 10th since I had to travel on 10th Sep. As communicated I was supposed to get full refund as it was done from airlines end. I followed up with my agency and I was informed that I had to get it directly from the airline. I followed up with airline and they finally confirmed that they have refunded my amount to the agency i.e HappyEasyGo. This was two months earlier and since then I have been following up with HappyEasyGo and I only get a stereotype reply from the customer care executive that they have escalated my case and it shall be addressed soon. It is so damn frustrating that inspite of following up everyday they have not refunded my amount besides those fake baseless assurances. Therefore bringing the facts to your notice seeking your intervention to help getting my amount refunded asap.
