Have booked an international ticket online on 24th sept 2018. Received an email from the cs team that due to a difference in fare of about 60 inr, the ticket cannot be issued. I have asked them if there is an alternative of me paying the difference, for which they said no. Thus, the refund is the only way. It has been more than a month with no refund from heg.
This is how heg works, post payment, the customer care guys confirm the ticket with the airline. If there is no executive present or there is a delay in confirming with the airline, the fare changes and the trip issued by heg must be cancelled. Who on earth would risk an international flight for discount of peanuts?
All i ask heg is to refund the money asap to avoid escalations.
