HappyEasyGo — Refund has not been received after 90 days

I have cancelled my flight from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Ist of june 2022 and till date not received the refund after multiple follow ups. Airline has refunded the amount in june only.
It is high time, we should consider booking from some other agent. Not
sure why they are such a long time. If we compare with other agents they have a very fast refund turnaround time.
Order id is xxxxxxx7567089. I have masked some digits. I hope that this forum will help me out as I am tired of talki g to their customer care team with no help
