HappyEasyGo — Refund is pending for more than a year

I have booked airindia flight ticket using happyeasygo mobile app from gwaliar to delhi, 16 jun 2019 (E-ticket for order[protected].

I have cancelled ticket directly from airline since flight was delayed for more than 4hrs after confirming from airline customer care for full refund.

It has been more than a year and happyeasygo is not processing my refund.

Happyeasygo asking me to send cancellation confirmation document from airline. Airline confirmed for cancellation and full refund over phone but for document they asking happyeasygo to contact airline saying that ticket was booked via happyeasygo and they shall contact airline for any query.

I have contacted both airline and happyeasygo over phone and mail multiple times and nobody is taking any action.

Please look into this matter.
