I have booked tickets for Cochin to Hyderabad and onwards from HappyEasyGo website. the airlines was AirAsia.
My journey was supposed to be in April 2020, as the Lockdown was enforced in the last week of March 2020, the tickets was automatically cancelled by airlines(AirAsia) and the full refund was credited to happyEasyGo.
But HappyEasy did not credit it to my account, when I contacted them, they asked to submit the request for refund in their portal. I have done the same.
Then every time I call to the customer service, they say, it is in process, will be done in 1 to 2 weeks. still the refund has not been done as of Oct 13th 2022.
