I booked two tickets first in 12 dec then on 11 dec both of which they cancelled and left me with no other option. Don't refund my money yet and while on calling on the customer numbers they are either switched off or invalid. I had proof if everything from transaction received by them successfully to transaction id, ref id, collect id, order id send by them in my respective email and still nit responding well when contacted through email.
