[Resolved]  HappyEasyGo — Refund Issues - Cancelled ticket before a month but still not received my refund money

Hi team,

I have booked 4 flight tickets through happy easy go and it was refundable.
I cancelled those flight ticket on 13th Jan, 2022 and today it is 23rd Feb, 2022 and i have still not received my Refund.
I have called several time and getting only one answer that it is in progress.
I have also checked with airlines and they have already refunded on 13th Jan it self.
I dont know why it is taking this much longer and i am not alone who is facing an issue. Many people are having same issues with this fraud company.

I have Order ID[protected]

I have submitted queries multiple time but still not received any reply of those queries.
