I booked my ticket from Chennai to Doha and Doha to Chennai on 11th of April 2022 and DOJ is 18th April 2022 and 26th April 2022.I cancelled my ticket directly in airline website on 12th April 2022 after that I contacted HappyEasyGo customer care they said to cancel it on their app then I did same thing on 25th April 2022 they said we will refund the money with penalty I accepted that till now I didn’t get any refund their terms and conditions shows 90days also they ask for bank details which I submitted on same day
