I have made a booking on 18th July, 2021 & cancelled on the same day post having the discussion with your Cx team that if Airline will give the full refund excluding the convenience fee. But till now I haven't received the same.
When I call your team then they say we haven't received the money from the Airlines. Then I checked with the Airlines and they confirmed that it has already been refunded and for the same they showed me the proof. which I am attaching for your reference and your platform is saying something else.
Only thing is just to know from your end why your company is torturing me like this. Let me know if you and your company have any will to give my money back.
