Hi,
I have booked flight from Happyeasygo during Covid-19 time on 29th May2021, from Mumbai to Bhopal . But due to increasing cases in Mumbai, Air India cancelled the flight . Hence I was eligible for full refund.
I cancelled the ticket from Happyeasygo app mentioning this reason and they replied we are contacting the Air line and will give full refund once we get confirmation from them.
But 2 years have passed and so many email sent, Happyeasygo didnt refunded my money.
Hence I went to Air India office and they replied that they have given my refund back to Happyeasygo . But if you havent got in your account it means happyeasygo has not given you back .
Its 2 years and I am still sending emails to Happyeasygo to give my refund back or alternate ticket but they are not responding .
