Dear Grievance Cell,
I'm writing this email to you because we have not received any positive response from the Flight Booking Company HAPPYEASYGO.

The flight ticket was purchased for Mr. Anindya Sundar Ghosh for the following route:
15 JUN 2020 CCU - AUH - LHR EY25 (Onward)
16 JUL 2020 LHR - AUH - CCU EY256 (Return)
The flight was cancelled by the Airlines. This was confirmed to us both on call as well as email from Etihad.
We had raised a cancellation request to Happyeasygo on 15 Dec 2020. And its been a year, they are denying to process and refund us the ticket cancellation amount. We have called them a hundred times and the only answer we are receiving is that they have not received the Refund.
We have even approached them to release the amount by issuing a new ticket by accepting the payment with the price gap; so we can release the refund amount to Mr. Ghosh. They have bluntly informed that it's not possible - blocking every single way to assist Mr. Ghosh and improve his experience as a customer with Happyeasygo.
I'm hereby helpless and knocking you door as we have already raised a complaint in Consumer Forum which was closed by HappyEasyGo.
