I had made a hotel booking through HappyEasyGo on 8th April, 23 for the same day. I got the confirmation from the site and my money (~3750) got deducted as well. On reaching the hotel, the staff mentioned that they are not even registered on HappyEasyGo! Their support lines were unreachable
After 4 hours the HEG support team texted me that they'll not initiate a refund but will provide an alternate stay. We were booking for the same day so we had immediately booked an alternate stay through another reliable website.
The support team is completely useless at HappyEasyGo as they are not replying to emails and both their customer care numbers are not reachable. Was this information helpful? |
