HappyEasyGo — Refund not initiated even after 2 and half months

I was having 2 bookings from bhubhaneswar to jaipur on 11thoct, both were booked with zero cancellation charge policy that is full refundable..
I cancelled both of them on 27th august but still haven't received any refund and whenever I call your customer care they always say wait for 3 days... I am tired of calling those people and now there customer care number also not working

Kindly help me in providing me getting the refund amount as soon as possible
