HappyEasyGo — refund not initiated for flight cancellation

I have cancelled a flight booking recently and refund as not been initiated although the status in application says refunded. I have not received any money.. I have written several mails but they do not reply to them. Also i have tried calling them on their customer service phone number but they do not respond to my calls as well. When I was searching the amount shown 5780 but after entering otp the amount deducted 11758/. So pl either cancel or return back extra amount. My registered mobile no [protected] and last four digit of transaction id is 2720.

Very irresponsible and unprofessional. After contacting several times also no response received. Do not go for this site
