HappyEasyGo — Refund not issued by HappyEasyGo from 2 months

I have cancelled booking on 6th January 2022 and Spicejet airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on same day. Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo. They always reply that it will require 7-8 days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses. They have confirmed that they got the refund from airlines but still they are not processing the refund back to my account.

I want all guest those are faced problem with Happy easy go like refund, service etc.
All are together go for complain against this company.
I want to shutdown this type scammer company. They thinking all customer is Chutiya...customer never do anything company. If all together go to complain after this type of company understand better. My contact - [protected]
