[Resolved]  HappyEasyGo — Refund not issued by HappyEasyGo from more than 1 month

I have cancelled 2 bookings on 6th January 2022 and Indigo airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on same day. Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo. They always reply that it will require 7-8 days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses.

Got message from happyeasygo for the refunded amount and the status in the app shows as refund completed. A day after got the amount back.
HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
