I have cancelled my indigo flight on 8th june which was also booked on same day and has been issued the full refund from indigo site to happyeasygo because the cancellation was made before the 24 hours. I have booked my tickets using happyEasygo and raised the cancellation their to issue my refund. It's already been around 25 days and the refund status has been showing that "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once recieved, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours" since June 13th.
Everytime I mail to their customer care they reply with that the issue is in progress and will be resolved as soon as possible. It's been already 2 months and there is no update from happyeasyGo therefore I am raising the compliant here.
