On April 27, 2022, I had purchased a ticket from Patna to Bangalore.
I saw an error in the passenger name after making the reservation, so I immediately called Indigo Airlines to cancel.
Indigo said that the refund was processed immediately.
After waiting three days and calling Indigo since I hadn't gotten the money, they informed me that the refund had been given to HappyEasyGo.
So on May 1st, I requested a refund through the HappyEasyGo app.
I receive the same response every time I call them: please wait 7–10 days.
Their actions have severely irritated me, and now their calls don't even get through.
