Full Description :
I had scheduled a airline booking through HappyEasyGo on 23-Nov-2022 for INR 7, 226. On 4-Dec-2022, I received a text message from the airline mentioning that the flight has been cancelled and shortly after I spoke with them, they said the full ticket amount has been refunded to HappyEasyGo and they will further refund it to the source account using which the booking was scheduled. The status of the same is displayed as 'Refunded' on the Spicejet website (Screenshot attached).
I tried to contact HappyEasyGo customer support on the details mentioned on their official website - Call : [protected] / [protected] but these numbers were busy and switched off respectively. I also email them thrice (Screenshot attached) on their official customer support email id - [protected]@happyeasygo.com but they have still not responded to it.
It has been over 29 working days to this incident and still no refund has been processed to the booking account.
Desired solution of the complaint : Full refund of the ticket amount at the earliest.
