HappyEasyGo — Refund not processed for more than 4 months

This people have received my refund within 24 hours from the airlines as per the information from the Airline CS. I was informed that i will get my refund in 30 days then 45 days then 90 days and then i was receiving emails stating that CC team is declining the refund so asked for account details for processing and now Customer Service over call or emails are not responding at all. They pick up the call after 45 mins and nobody talks. i feel now my 1.5L is in danger. When airlines cancelled the flight and processed my refund in 24 hours - these chor Happyeasygo team are deducting my convinience fee and other charges for not using the service even tho there is no mistake from my end and now no1 is responding also . I NEED A RESOLUTION with my refund and i need to raise a concern with Police i feel.
High time the team responds NOW!!!
