Hi I booked through Happy Easy Go for travels Mumbai Indore March 27 with PNR TQIQ5N for 3 passengers . The tickets were cancelled and refund processed by Indigo on 27 March 2022. I had uploaded the screenshot of the refund message from indigo and had multiple calls and mails with customer care but my refund has not been processed even after about 5 months .
I also find it strange that when I try to access the website from my regular computer or call from my registered phone number I can't access the website or connect to customer care after the initial automated voice response and the call drops off.
Please process my refund ASAP
