It's been 4 months since I've canceled (on 28th June 2022) my flight tickets booked for 2nd July 2022 from "Delhi" to "TelAviv" (Order Id: Order ID:[protected], PNR: 5H9OLI) but not yet received the refunded amount. According to their regulations, it should have been refunded within 45-90 days which is ridiculous at first, because all other websites are refunding within a month. Since that period, I am repeatedly mailing them for updates. Only once they replied and told we can't tell a deadline; such an irresponsible behavior. The HappyEasyGo application still shows the order status as "refunding".
I'm attaching screenshots of tickets, the status showing on the app, and all email conversations along with this complaint.
Kindly expedite and let me know if something is required.
