This is with reference to my flight cancellation ticket (Spicejet PNR : WIQ8TX) from Cochin to Pune dt : 12 th Feb, 23 which i have booked through happy easy go.

I have requested for refund on 25th Jan, 23. As per Spice jet guidelines, refund gets processed & gets credited in ur account through payment gateway ( Happy Easy Go).
I have enquired with spice jet & as per their feedback my refund has been processed & given for further processing to Happy easy go. PFA snapshot.
I have been trying to reach u since long on your customer care no. But attendent issue not recieving my call. It is the 1st time i was flying & i really had a pathetic experience.
I request you to process my refund as soon as plz. else i need to complaint in consumer for in for the same.
Expecting my refund AsAP.
