I had made a booking from AMD - CCU for the travel date 27/05/2022 with the Order ID:[protected] for two passengers. I placed a cancellation request within a few minutes of booking, i.e. on 8/05/2022.
I have not gotten any confirmation on the cancellation via email. On the mobile app, it shows "refunding" and there's a disclaimer that says you can confirm with the airline as well on the refund status. I am attaching a screenshot of the airline refund status, where it says that the refund has been processed and is pending with the travel partner.
It has been almost two months and the refund from my booking from AMD - CCU for the travel date 27/05/2022 with the Order ID:[protected] for two passengers (cancelled on 8/05/2022) has yet not been processed.
I have gotten over a dozen emails from your end stating that you regret the delay and it will be processed soon but there has been no update. I have also filed a consumer complaint against HEG. I demand my refund to be processed immediately.
