I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Kochi and it got cancelled from happyeasygo side but amount was debited from my bank.
I called HEG and got confirmation from Happyeasygo that it would be refunded and i had to book another ticket and i also got mail regarding the same.
But after i booked new ticket, both ticket showed confirmed. I called HEG and they cancelled one ticket and issued only one ticket and the other was supposed to be refunded. Now the one which was cancelled is not showing in the happyeasygo app and also my money is not refunded.
I'll attach the transaction details along with my confirmed ticket. Also now i have no way to contact HEG since they don't respond to mails and also no phone numbers work right now. Was this information helpful? |
