HappyEasyGo — Refund Not received and profile doesn't work

I booked a flight from Srinagar to New Delhi with Happyeasygo for 10th February. The payment was processed and debited from my account. However, the tickets were not confirmed. Soon after, I got a message from happyeasygo that the tickets were not booked from their end, so they will refund the amount,

However, it has been almost two months today and they have not refunded my money. Here are the details of the tickets

I have been mailing them and calling them continuously. They never reply or connect my calls with the agents. Apparently, my happyeasygo id is also not working now. I need the refund immediately because this has been done before as well by Happyeasygo. It has caused a lot of inconvenience before as well. Please raise this issue and raise a complaint against the company for damages.
