I have canceled my ticket on the 10th of March as the flight got canceled. Although HEG has acknowledged the issue, it has been three months and I haven't any refund.
The airline has already refunded the amount to HEG so there is no question of resolution from the airline. HEG just has to transfer the amount to my account.
