I booked indigo flight on 21st October via HappyEasyGo app.
Flight details:
Date of departure: 5th November
Departure airport: Chennai
Arrival airport: New Delhi
Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight due to delay of my exams by government.
Right after my cancellation, Indigo airlines canceled my ticket and refund full amount to booking partner i.e HappyEasyGo.
I contacted HappyEasyGo via customer care and they said your refund is initiated.
I contact HappyEasyGo couples of times to know my refund status, they said your refund status is under progress and will be refunded in 15 days.
Next time again they said it’s under process.
Another time they mentioned refund is not initiated from airlines side.
Next time they said your time period of 15 days is over.
Now currently not accepting my calls and connecting to executives.
They are not refunding my amount and I in extremely need of money. Kindly help me.
