I had to cancel my flight to Chennai on 11th and 12th November due to Chennai floods. I waited for refund more than 4 weeks now. They haven’t processed it yet. I have confirmed with the Airlines and they have already refunded the amount to HEG on the same day i.e 10th November. The airlines have also provided the refund itinerary. I have tried calling HEG 24*7 customer service so many times but no response apparently all their executives are unavailable all time of the day. This seems fraud or no customer service exist at all.
