Hi,
I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Rajkot for 20th December 2021 (SG 6345), the flight was subsequently cancelled by Spicejet through a message dated 7th October. After writing to the airlines with message proof, it was processed and i was directed to contact Happyeasy go and get refund from them, as i had booked on the same portal.
The PNR was FB4L6J booked for three passengers
1. Shreedatt Dash
2. Debadutta Upadhyaya
3. Swayamsiddh Dash
I requested a refund from Happyeasygo on. I was told it will take 15 days, then 30 days, and now one cant reach them through phone. The ticket is attached. It was a return ticket and the return journey through air india is intact.
I am still waiting for a refund. Not able to reach through their customer service phone calls as none are working.
Please help.
