Cancelled a round trip ticket (id :[protected] from raipur to bangalore on 22nd October. Indogo has already refunded the amount to happyeasygo. But even after repeated calls, they always say that the refund is being proccessed from their end and ask to wait for 72 hours. It's has been almost 40 days since i first escalated the issue.
