HappyEasyGo — Refund Not received

Dear Sir,
I had booked a ticket 2.5 years back, as due to the pandemic, all flights and travel were abandoned by the government.
Almost 2.5 years have passed since this incident, and still, I have not received any refund for my ticket. I have called customer care many times and raised the query still no response.
I wrote mail to happyeasygo, they said contact airlines, Airlines responded me that they have already issued refund on 17th march itself. It means that HappyEasyGo is holding my money from past 1.5 year.

Please refund my flight ticket along with theappropriate interest amount for 2.5 years.

Name of Passenger - Parikshit Limbajirao Gaikwad
Airline PNR - UKRGNZ
Date of Travel - 10 may 2020.
