Refund status for Order ID:[protected].
It has been more than 2 months but I have not received the refund yet. As per the customer care executive, the airline has already refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo.
The customer care representative said that the refund will be received within 10-15 working days but they cannot guarantee it.
