Hi Team,
Its been 3 months since I have cancelled my tickets on 3rd Aug and as promised by the support team, I haven't received the refund amount till now.
The status on the site says "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once received, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours", but the refund has still not come through
I have tried calling the customer care regarding this but there is no response. I have also sent an email to the team but have received no response.
Request you to please help me get my refund.
