I have booked flight tickets through happy easy go an year ago. The flight got cancelled from the airline, hence had to cancel the flight and requested for a refund. The refund has been processed from the airline end to happy easy go, but the amount isn't being refunded to me even after multiple calls or emails. It has been a year since I requested a refund and have been constantly following up with them. No response from their end.
