I had purchased a CCU→DEL flight ticket on happy easy go with GO FIRST airlines. PNR - P7G7WC, happy easy go Trip ID :[protected]. The flight was cancelled. As suggested by happy easy go, I called the airlines, asked them to cancel the ticket and process a refund. I then connected with happy easy go and started the refund process with them to get the money back. The process was initiated on 27 September 2022. They said that the refund will be completed within 90 days. It is now 9 January 2023 and I have still not received the refund. No one happy easy go receives my calls. I have submitted queries multiple times online but they never get back. I need help. I need the refund back in my card. Its been too long. Amount - Rs 4, 155. Please help!
