I got a flight cancelled by the airline(gofirst), as the information from airline they have refunded my ticket amount to my agent (happyeasygo) on 20 September 2022, but till date (15 January 2023) I have not received any amount. I have tried contacting happyeasygo through phone but it is always switched off, also I tried via email, there is no response.
