I had booked 5 tickets for GoFirst flight and the airlines has changed their flight timings. I called up to the airlines and got full refund which is already credited to the agency account but now happyeasygo is not refunding my amount back saying they haven’t got the refund yet whereas the airlines has processed it a week ago. I need to make another bookings and happyeasygo is not replying to calls or mails nor refunding back. I want my refund immediately.
