HappyEasyGo — Refund not received even after 120days for flight cancelled due to Covid'19

This is regarding the refund of flight tickets cancelled due to covid. Case no. MOCAV/E/2021/09800 registered on pgportal and according to which HappyEasyGo should process the full refund to the customer where we have done the booking but yet there is no status updated since 7/01/22 and say they have not yet received a refund from the AirIndia airline. It has been more than 120days since I last raised the complaint with HappyEasyGo but there has been no progress. Please give ultimatum as :

1) Will take help of Gurgaon Police Cyber Crime branch to report a fraud.

2) Will lodge a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

3) Will register my complaint to as many as online forum/Complaint Board available.
