HappyEasyGo — Refund not received even after confirmation

Flight scheduled for 7th April 2022 got cancelled and full refund is to be processed.
I have been doing Continuous follow ups since then.
On 8th July, 29th July and 28th Aug, each time the representative confirmed that refund would be processed within one week time and asked me to wait for 1 week.
Call recordings with representatives I can share if required.
It's been 2 months now and I get same response to wait for 1 week. Kindly initiate refund as confirmed.
