HappyEasyGo — refund not received for a cancelled ticket | |||||
Hi, This is to complain against the fraudulent act of Happyeasygo wherein they are not refunding the ticket cancellation amount since the last 22 days even after multiple follow ups on emails. The ticket was cancelled online on 3rd October after there was no reply. I wrote an email to their customer support team on 12th Oct 2019 post which there lousy staff have harassed me to no end by giving vague timelines for refund. I am attaching herewith the mail details wherein the date of refund mentioned by them is 14th Oct 2019(for a ticket cancelled on 3rd October) and till date there is no refund in my account till 24th Octber 2019. How is that possible in today's day and age wherein any fund transfer is just a click away. Please help me out! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I don’t know your case, but I received my refund within 5 days when I had to cancel my flight due to some personal reason. Thanks to the customer care person, I could book another ticket for a different date with a great discount. I loved the experience and wouldn’t mind booking from here again. I hope you get your refund soon!

I have booked a hotel through happy easy go for amount of Rs 14000 which they cancelled deliberately for no reason and assured a refund in 5-10 days but its been more than 30 days and there is no response form the company.
