HappyEasyGo — Refund not received for BLR-GOI flight

I have booked flight from BLR to GOI for 2 passengers 25 March 2023.

Since the flight was rescheduled, hence I cancelled it from airline and still unable to get a refund.
The airline said that they have refunded the amount to Happyeasygo and have received the mail for the same. Also I have recording for the same of their confirmation.
The customer care team doesn't respond to the calls.
Please check and refund my amount.
