I have cancelled my tickets books through happy easygo during Covid 19 Pandemic situation, the ticket was booked for 26th april 2020 & 23rd May 2020. I haven't received the refund amount. As per government, The refund should take place for the cancelled ticket. As you are aware we had no choice of travelling at that time as there were no airlines right? Then why this is not being refunded. I need a clarification for this matter asap.
