I had made a booking from IXC to BLR for 19th Feb. I had cancelled the ticket due to emergency on 19th feb morning directly with the airline. I also uploaded the proof of cancellation on HappyEasyGo app and they said it will take 45days for refund to be processed. It's been more than 75 days and I still am nowhere close to getting a refund. I have had multiple email exchanges and I only get automated email responses asking me to wait for few days as they don't know by when they will refund the amount. This is my hard earned money and it's gone to the drain. I have been a loyal HEG customer and they doing this by scamming people and not refunding the amount is highly unacceptable. Please give ultimatum as :

1) Will take help of Gurgaon Police Cyber Crime branch to report a fraud.

2) Will lodge a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

3) Will register my complaint to as many as online forum/Complaint Board available.
